Pureed salmon with dill and cream cheese

This recipe is great to use during the puree or soft stage of your post surgery diet. The majority of the ingredients are rich in protein and provide a lovely creamy texture when blended together. For a super smooth option that is easy to get down, give this recipe a go.

  • Prep: 5 Minutes
  • Portions: 0.75 Cups

Ingredients:

  • 100g cold smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped dill
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Method:

  1. In a mini food processor, blend all of the ingredients together until a smooth puree is formed
  2. Serve in small ramekins or bowls
