Poughman's Picnic Style Lunch

This combination is great for an easy weekend lunch or to take as a packed lunch for work. It takes minimal preparation time and gives you a decent source of protein to give your body what it needs and keep you feeling fuller for longer.

  • Prep: 5 Minutes
  • Portions: 1 Plate

Ingredients:

  • 35g lean ham
  • 20g cheddar cheese (I used Mainland Noble)
  • 4-5 cornichons
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chutney/relish of choice

Method:

  1. Arrange on a side plate OR pack into a small container to take for lunch, enjoy
