Boysenberry and Rosemary Infused Water

Another infused water recipe to help increase your water intake if you are finding water isn’t sitting well. Adding a few different fruits and herbs can change the surface tension making it much more tolerable. Leave this in the fridge for up to 3 days, it will become stronger in flavour over time!

Add rosemary, lemon and a few boysenberries into your drink bottle for a fancy infused drink to take on the go!

  • Prep: 5 Minutes
  • Portions: 4 Cups

Ingredients:

  • 12 frozen boysenberries
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 cups of cold water
  • 12 ice cubes (optional)

Method:

  1. Add the boysenberries, sprigs or rosemary and lemon into a jug
  2. Add the water and icecubes and serve
